Maybe you should try improving your sleep. That's pretty critical. Granted, some people can function perfectly normally on less sleep than others, but the gold standard is 8 hours. Try and shoot for that. It could change a lot for you bro. It's at least worth a try.

You could try fish cakes. Add some egg, breadcrumbs, spices, and herbs, form into little patties, and pan fry. They won't smell great at first, but once they're mixed with the herbs and spices, and fried they actually smell and taste pretty good. I usually use canned salmon, but you could use deenz as well as long as you remove the spines if they aren't already boneless.

It's an acquired taste but sardines really aren't that bad. As long as you get them in olive oil or tomato sauce and sometimes they are also spiced with different flavorings. It really doesn't have much fishy smell or taste at all in my opinion. Pretty faint.

Actually yes, they are already prepared and fall apart pretty easy out of the can. So it's not like a solid piece you can grill. Too soft and flaky already.

I can't tell what all of your deenz collection is, but from what I see it could use improvement. Vigo and Goya are bulkish, cheaper but meh quality. Trader Joe's are varied but IIRC that variety's just OK. Chicken o' the Sea is mushy bulk. Nuri is amazing for it's price, but you only have one can. That huge peach-colored can of salted anchovies looks nice, not sure if it's high quality or not, but who's going to go through 2lbs of anchovies before they go bad? 6/10
