>>9631203yeah well when i was younger one of my brothers and I were seriously into mountaineering. we have climbed many 10000'+ mountains in the rockies. I stopped climbing about 10 years ago, but my brother still goes every summer for amatuer sport climbing. when i say "climbing" i mean VERTICAL climbing, not scrambling up talus slopes, but straight up climbing (as in pic related). my brother has climbed in the Himalayas and in Andes, (hes the logger). In his youth he was a very serious mountaineer, I used to tag along just for kicks. Hes also done some hunting and trapping, but my oldest brother is a professional hunter/trapper and mountain guide. he has hunted/trapped, skinned and eaten, just about everything that walks or crawls on this earth. My grandfather was a pro trapper, so we inherented the traplines.
but we arent really "preppers", we're just mountainboys, this shit has always been at the family farm. lots of other families out here would last a long time (indefintely really)
