if you actually read fiction and are interested in early horror you gotta try the night land. i was thoroughly unsettled. from what i understand the language is really archaic and repetitive in the original but there's a version called the night land: a story retold which happened to be the one i downloaded and i greatly enjoyed it. watch out for that.
