Now if I can just find a stable biz near the bottom of the price cycle that pays good dividends instead of always finding them well after the price has risen for the last year or two. I already have some CRT but these royaltry trusts are new to me and I am still doing my research to better understand the underlying assets and what future potential they have to support the future dividends and price.
