It took humans needing to leave Africa to get away from you in order to evolve in a better direction. It is your innate deficiencies that hold you back. You have never been able to build anything higher than a giraffe, let alone a complex society with legal systems. The centuries of being held back by 'law' is a micro-fraction of a blink of an eye in evolutionary terms. It was the Western concept of democracy that led to the changes you have experienced in recent centuries. If you were a decent black you'd take everything whites have taught you back to Africa, your homeland, and help your people evolve. But you won't do this, because you know the white man's society is the best.
