He demonstrates moving 500lbs blocks, and even does the calculations on how many men you would need to raise a block at various speeds. To raise a 5000lbs block 10 feet in four seconds, you would need thirty men. So, to raise your 100 ton block, you would need just about twelve hundred men (to do it quickly and comfortably mind you. You would still be capable of lifting it with far fewer.) So picture twenty columns of fifty men on a rope. More than feasible for an ancient national project.
