Instead of this, it's more efficient to have a clear vision of your path and critical thinking. Self-discipline wouldn't hurt as well, but it's not as important since it can be pretty much trained.
So I'm not sure how you can label someone based on a presence/lack of a certain emotion, especially when it's not the core of the problem.
