These issues touch the majority of people, because we can understand them. We understand how horrific it is to have flesh ripped from bone, blood spewing out everywhere, the grossness of it all. We understand the sheer fright of being unable to control our bodies as another imposes his/her will upon us. We understand pain, and we don't want life to end. We understand degeneracy, and we know better than to have sex with those who aren't of a fully conscious mind.
But you see, the scariest thing to a human mind is something that it doesn't understand.
You look at this picture, and what do you see? It just looks like a bunch of neatly arranged numbers in a pyramid-shape with some data statistics on each side. There's really nothing "disturbing" about it until you understand that each and every single number has a story behind it. Every single picture is attached to the numbers in some way. The Egyptian background with its red-to-blue gradient, Cirno's winking eye at the top representing the all-seeing eye -- what you are seeing is something very few people can understand.
There is autism you can see, and then, there is autism you can't see.
What you are seeing is autism that is beyond the realm of visible autism -- autism in its purest, natural form.
The more and more you dig in this picture, the more and more it will scare you, and by the end of it all, you will be more disturbed by it than any gore or rape picture you have ever seen in your entire life.
