TWITTER – Chapter ?: The Fuentes Question
>Out of all the grifters and sharks that have infiltrated / pacified the MAGA movement, none are quite as interesting as Nicholas J. Fuentes>Describing himself as a Catholic paleoconservative, he hosts “America First with Nicholas J. Fuentes”, a political podcast where he gives a right-wing rundown on topical subject matters>Because of his fanatical Groyper base and his opposition to “Conservative Inc.”, Fuentes has become quite a controversial figure>But, little do both sides want you to know, our Nicker wasn’t always this way...>When he first began broadcasting his show [then titled the “Nick Fuentes Show”] in November 2015, the self-proclaimed “Groyper nationalist” described himself as a “libertarian with a small L, a Republican and a constitutionalist” who believes in “individualism, American exceptionalism and small government”>Quite a far cry from the “far-right” rhetoric he uses today, wouldn't you say?>Now, if you confront Fuentes directly and ask him about his past and why he changed his views so quickly, odds are that Nick will tell you that he was a “different person” back then who did nothing but repeat Prager U talking points>And that brings us to the question: What caused such a sudden change in behavior? How did the small government constitutionalist transform into the complete opposite overnight?>Chances are that he was probably “blackpilled on immigration”, much like any other figure in the New Right (he does live near Chicago / "Chiraq")>But, considering how Fuentes was a literal who at this time last year and now he's blown up to right-wing superstar status, odds are he's probably being controlled in some shape or form>Or better yet, he's controlled opposition designed to make the right look bad...
