>>9659557I don't doubt it. Process used to recruit young male tearaways, ply them with drugs and booze and encourage them to skip school and hang out, then their "initiation ceremony" involved being ass fucked. From there they were basically drug whores, servicing upmarket clientelle for free drugs.
For fucks sake, even a cursory glance at modern satanism in practice should wake any edgy kid right the fuck up. Then again I guess they recruit from the fuck ups, and that sort of drugs for letting a bunch of old dudes bugger you seems a positive?
The Son of Sam investiagtion blew the lid off of Process. It's clever in some ways, creating a satanic cutout for your drug pushing and underaged prostitute network. Yet essentially it's just more bog standard organised crime with a lick of theatrical paint. They trick new recruits into writing down their crimes and signing their names next to them in the big book of satanic deeds for the local cult. The idiots compile a list of their own blackmail material, which the higher ups can just buy their own lighter sentencing with in the event everything inevitably goes tits up for the coven.
There is really nothing positive about modern satanism at all. They basically comit themselves to setting something on fire, or raping someone, or killing an animal or a human on a Thursday every month. With all the modern options available to malcontents, it all seems somewhat formulaic and petty.
