gonna get punched in the nose tomorrow on the stocks too, that's a bummer. but i think we're gonna be alright. might take a day, might take a month, but i do think we'll recover from this. they aren't attacking us, they're transferring assets to us. as usual there is more baggage to carry then we had hands to accept and it's causing the line to lose its equilibrium. such are markets.
i will likely sleep soundly tonight though. can't say the same for mom, but she is bringing it on herself, if she'd only listen to me more.
this is much like covid. they transfer some assets to us in an effort to get us to do their bidding. only unlike last time when it was take the deal or else, this feels more like a take the offer please moment. probably with the caveat that next time they won't ask so nicely, but i think the diplomats will be able to hammer out some deals. here's hoping at least.
