Steroids are not advisable in the first 7 days or your body will not develop an immune response.
Promethazine 10mg 3x daily starting on the 8th day of infect / onset of breathlessness symptoms. Its hypersensitivity rhinitis. Its an allergy. This is not a prophylaxis, the antihistamine can't prevent the symptoms from coming on, but once the 8th day breathlessness comes on you can start the promethazine and steroid.
After you start taking the antihistamine, then you take the steroid.
