>>6990571I don’t have a pic that shows my stuff particularly well. I only started this job (with a £12,500 wage bump) a couple of weeks ago.
My boss who is my sort of GF bought me a load of stuff that I’ve saved for going out in, not like pic related, which is expensive but not trendy. A £180 jacket that’s now my fave and hung up by the door waiting for me to go clubbing in it.
I get covered in mud and paw prints every day so stuff can’t just look good, it has to serve its function just as military uniforms have to do first and foremost. I need stuff I can wipe clean and will keep me warm and dry so I wear ski gear basically. I swagger around with a pack of big dogs all day, I also have two horses to ride (both black which is awesome) so fashionable clothes would simply get ruined in three days. I ‘work’ on a country estate, I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to be doing there other than enjoying it, which I do. I have the least defined job ever. I just keep everyone safe and doing their jobs, they need a resident chad to look up to, I’m an estate manager, occasional BF I suppose. I just got a report from Apple on my webular activity while I typed this. I spent 53 hours on /pol last week. For real too. That’s while working 9 until 4 every day. Life is sooo hard isn’t it. I’d shoot myself if had someone else breathing down my neck at work. I’d literally whack myself right off lunch time day 1. Anyway so a uniform can’t just look pretty it’s got to be functional or it’s just a liability.
