Dahlia stood there, unfazed by her daughter's rage. The two of them had done this dance a million times before, and she had no doubt they'd do it a million more. She wasn't intimidated by her daughter. Duna had youth and a red-hot fury on her side, but Dahlia had decades of experience behind her, and more importantly, she knew exactly how to handle her hurricane of a brat in moments like this.

The Beach Bitch hit the carpet and quickly rolled to her back, ready to spring back up, but Dahlia was already *there*. The older woman dropped down onto Duna's body, one hand grabbing her neck, pinning her child to the floor. Duna's hands shot up to her mom's wrists to try and break the grip, but Dahlia was already on the attack, striking at Duna's face with a series of stiff slaps, berating her child with every blow.
