Fill flask with hot water, hook filter on hopper stem, insert hopper, dump grounds into hopper. Courseness depends on whether I used paper or steel mesh filter.
Turn on gas burner, was 1 minute, watch the water percolate upwards, stir it for 30 seconds, turn off burner.
coffee filters down into flask as it cools over the next 45-60 seconds.
detach hopper, rinse out, discard or clean filter, pout flask into mug and enjoy.
