The aren't immortal either. Yahweh tells the ayys (the good ones) in Psalm 82 that although they are his sons, they will die like men. Only Yahweh is uncreated, so it is impossible to defeat him as all things were created by him.
Lucifer cannot win this. He got BTFO by Michael the Archangel. Jesus could flick him out of existence if he wanted to.
