Also in the gym my lifting went fucking horrible, felt extremely weak and my lifts were down by at least a quarter. Was in a bad mood all the time because I was always tired, and couldn't go out anywhere without packing a lunchbox because NOTHING you can buy on the street is suitable to eat on keto.
I don't even have a huge amount of carbs with meals, I just fucking love chocolate.
