I'm losing interest in lifting, my elbows and knees are very inflamed. Getting up from the toilet hurts really bad lads. I don't enjoy being in the gym anymore. But at the same time, i don't want to become a sedentary goy, i don't want lose the muscle and strength ive got from training. But i'm starting to hate the process.
