it's absolutely the cheapest place to buy games online, but that's because it's basically a money laundering service. people steal credit cards and buy as many steam keys as they can, then sell them for 1/10 the value to g2a who sells them for 2/10 the value. steam either can't or won't deactivate the keys so there's not a lot of risk for people buying from g2a at an 80% discount and the developers just have to eat the cost of the chargebacks
