>>22483273You can either get horizontal one or vertical one, both work there has to be space for hot air though, make sure there is a tray layer under it, so your oven won't get dirty. Also, meat cooks really quickly like, adjust your time. Some people also reverse-seer it after it was cooked in the oven for better crust, but kinda pointless.
