Do you want to live in a familiar culture or something different like a European or Latin American country? How far are you willing to travel? Are you looking for a job or education? What language can you speak on a daily basis?
You can look up those countries' human development index although this is not such an accurate way of measuring countries' real development, and definitely not a way to measure civil freedoms or how compatible their culture is to your religion if you have one.
