>>19689018Eve never deceived Adam. It isn't a story about a man blaming a woman, or a woman deceiving a man. We learn from the apostle Paul that Eve was deceived, and that Adam willingly sacrificed his life, and chose to walk with her unto death because of his unconditional love for her.
>And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, it they continue in faith, and charity (love) and holiness with sobriety.1st Timothy 2:14-15
It is a love story about a man who loved a woman more than his own life. So, God promises through them a child would be born who would redeem all of mankind. Eve became known as the "mother of the living", because all would be made alive through her.
>For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.1st Corinthians 15:22
>And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.Genesis 3:20
So, God's standard of how men are suppose to treat their women is revealed here in this story. As Paul says:
>Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.Ephesians 5:25
>So men ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.Ephesians 5:28
