Thus, you came up with this "non-binary" bullshit. What is this "other sex" which is involved in human reproduction, pray tell? I'd like to know about it. What's its genotype? What are its typical phenotypical traits? What gametes does it contribute to the embryo? How does it engage in reproduction? You don't have an answer to any of those because there are two sexes and the rest are shit you made up.
But even then, what does it changes in your life that you can't have "attack helicopter" on your fucking birth certificate? Nothing. Nothing at all. In fact, Oklahoma could make a case that clandestines would abuse this in order to make themselves harder to identify. But in your case, are you denied anything MEASURABLE by this? No, you are not. You will not be denied any rights. You will not be denied money, a home, opportunities, food, healthcare, anything. Nada. Zilch. And just so we're clear: If you were in any other developed country than the US, this would never fucking happen.
