>>16575859>midterm between beef and chickenI don't think I've ever had beef either, so, I guess it's going to stay a mystery until I get to travel abroad. If that ever happens.
That's because it's considered sin to have pork here, for some reason. I never could understand why. Is it because pigs are gross that we shouldn't eat them? Or is it because they're holy and precious? Which is it?
It's made up for by the cuisine being pretty good, but you know, you can't help but wonder.
I'm insanely curious about bacon in particular. I probably have it somewhere up my top 50 foods despite never ever eating one, just because how much people praise it. And because the shape of it is nice.
Although, I've been told recently that it's actually crunchy and actually breaks off? That was a shock, I always imagined it to be soft and to rip off rather than snap. Confirm?
>it was the name of some russian dukeOh. Close enough to a B-list celebrity.
>yeah, but if you pour it over white rice then it stops being soupySounds pretty good, then. Pouring things over white rice has always been good in my experience, broth especially, so, now my mouth is getting watery.
It's downright torture to have white rice by itself, but if you get anything to have alongside it, then it does blend in really well and come out a positive. In one occasion I was so against having plain white rice that I resorted to squeezing lemon over it. I don't remember it being very good.
Oh, do you guys have tzatziki there? Having it alongside rice is probably the best combination possible. God it was so good.
Damn. I need to have cereal to cope.
>it usually goes like thatSomehow, I've actually been having good luck with these so far. We have to take a two hour long test every Thursday, and I enter every single one starved and sleep deprived. It seems to be a charm.
>which kind?Turkish tea. It's called literally just that. It's some sort of black tea, I think? It's really good. I've never had any other tea.
