>>11873580right now I slam two nangs since nitrous oxide acts as a vasodilator just like nitrites you get in supplements like L-citruline; I still intend to invest in those alongside L-argining, onions lecitine, zinc+ selenium+ vit B12 and adding cellery to my diet for big cooms; but back to topic the nitrous oxide really does help go a tad further with most exercises
30 min before exercise I take aboug 5 grams of creatine (which by the data I read should be okay for next 19 months especially if I keep to use 3 days skip 4th day, use 3 weeks skip on 4th week don't use 3 days and use every 4th day (ie reverse use), use 3 months and reverse use on the 4 month with 4th week in said month use regularly)
creatine is I guess the only reason why recently I can do two sets a day instead of one; but I'm still far from maxing out
since I'm 80 kilo and work inside I lose breath before I do 80 situps, so I'm still far from 100 in a set, though past 100 in a day; I'd say the maxout on them would be 300 in a day in 3 sets with plancks lasting atleast 5 to 10 minutes
I can do about 30 pushups properly (though I could do a lot more improperly to show off I don't see much use of it) before I have to rest, I can do about 20 after that but then I can't do curls, so I usually just go for two sets of 30, I guess maxing out on them would be 50 one armed two reps- one for each arm three sets a day
I do squats with my dumbells so it's no wonder I can only do 30 a set, given how I only started doing them last week; same for tippy toe exercise
I can make about 70 regular curls with my 12~ kilo dumbells, but only about 20 overhead shoulder ones
T pose dumbel lifts are off limits since my shoulder injury flares up from them
pullups are off limit as I checked the walls in my house and there is no place that I could fix a bar into to do them, all are either drywal that could be ripped from my cat jumping on them or are in unreachable position given how people have to go around the house
