Objectively, I am on the fence on real estate. Commercial real estate is all but dead and dying aside from die-hard demographics that still visit malls and brick/mortar places. There is more ominous stuff concerning single family homes, pods, bugs, & some old dusty kraut.
Probably a decent place to park some capital for a short time with small risk.
