HIV positive people aren't that common anyway so employment is gonna be hard to find, and HIV+ are able to perfectly blend in with nobody the wiser and do the same work as everyone else. It's not equivalent to say, a business run all by cripples or ex-convicts who actually need specialized employment to get by. All this does is put a big fucking target on their back, too.
The risk of transfer is zero, but it's still stupid for HIV+ people to single themselves out like this. Some asshole who thinks 'hiv = curse of god' is gonna go in and sneeze on everything on purpose.
This is really stupid all around. But at the same time, probably harmless.
