It is not the kind of thing that comes up in wrestling promos, and frankly there aren't that many people here she would feel comfortable sharing this with even if the conversation somehow led there. There is some power in mystery.
Omega was barely one when an American couple travelled across the world to meet her. As far as she is concerned those North Cackalacky parents, the Smiths, who returned with a baby in their arms, are the only family she has ever had. Whoever her birth parents were, and whatever that family dynamic looks like now is of no concern to Kelly O. Siblings, cousins, or a grandfather; she has them all, apparently, and they are meaningless.
She even had the chance to meet them once, but it was the closer she got to them the more certain she was she wanted nothing to do with them. Even heading back to her birth country has given little desire to meet these faceless, near-nameless husks who would abandon a child for reasons never explained -- and not questioned. As far as Omega is concerned, her birth parents can watch the little girl they gave away run the fucking world of professional wrestling from the sidelines like the cowards they are.
