>>14838115I'm currently trying the gradual scale down thing with lenses. Originally I had to wear -4.5 on both eyes, instead I got one pair -4.25 and one more -3.75 and started doing the blinking exercises. Next pairs -4.0/-3.5 and so on.
The "stronger" pair (ex. -4.25) is when you need your eyes - driving, going out, operating machinery, etc. The "weaker" one (ex. -3.75) is when you use your eyes, but the activity is not quick or important. Cooking, reading, computer work - these are all for the "weaker" pair.
