What I'm going to tell you instead is the results I got from this. I woke up perfectly rested at 6 AM, despite I was doing this training until 1AM. No moody-ness, no nothing. I was so concentrated I used this opportunity today to re-acquire some habits I usually don't have the willpower to follow through and I haven't gotten any bad moods in the entire day. I have been more conscious of what I do and I feel I have progressed a little more than usual in setting my things for the better.
It really was one wild ride, and that's just the first audio, there are lots of them you are supposed to progress through. That one was so damn mind blowing I can't even try imagine what's waiting in the next one. But I just can't wait for it either.
