She gets the bedroom/living/kitchen. The guest room and garage are mind and I made them as comfy as I desired. Heavy bag, portraits of Saints and heroes, weights and my tools all in one room with the gaming pc for intense World of Tanks gameplay.
If I did not stop here, this room would be full of bullshit, junk and holiday decorations w/ a car crammed in it.
