Even if 4chan used 32-bit integers, there probably wouldn't be that much of an issue. Dates would roll over, but since the server doesn't really do anything with the dates other than recording them, that wouldn't really break anything. Of course, since 4chan does not provide the website's source code, there is no way for us to know for sure.
