Racing thoughts for several hours and finally falling asleep at like 4am maybe.

If I do fall asleep quicker somehow, then I wake up multiple times throughout the night. Sometimes I can't fall back asleep and even if I do fall back asleep, it's still poor quality sleep so I feel fatigued the next day. And that cause more anxiety and so on.

Only on sedatives. The last time I was able to have a full night's rest without medication was about 5 years ago when I was with my family and had absolutely no stressors

Been on klonopin for like 7 years now to control violent head jerking i can’t control since i was a kid (which also induces a shit ton of anxiety which the kpin helps).
Just take it easy with the drugs and you won’t fry your brain.
