Is there any genuine argument as to why anti-natalists don't commit mass suicide other than the inherent hypocrisy in their own view point?

If life is truly suffering then one would just kill themselves. Most people who actually believe life is just constant suffering do end up offing themselves. Where as anti-natalists keep saying "Yeah but suicide doesn't fix the problem."

But it does fix the problem of the constant suffering that YOU believe your life is. Logically you should end it all to put an end to a tiny bit more suffering in the world. Either that or just admit you're doing it for attention or you know no one will ever see you as a viable mate so you're jealous of those that can have kids.
