I unironically started doing this. Just took 2 weeks to get used to it and now my biological clock is adjusted to it. I also eat fibre-rich whole-grain carbs, lots of vedgetables, chicken, fish and other healthy stuff, no fast food. Aswell as working out 6 days a week and not masturbating to porn.
