Interesting. What is the source on this stuff? And what is meant by "Pagan"? And what is even meant by "casual sex permissable", surely whatever original source this comes from, even if it's from the word of "Pagans", could be interpreted differently to our alien modern culture.

Such as it could have been that Love-Interests/Engaged but not yet married have sex.

Similarly if the source is foreigners commenting on some other "Pagan" group, such as Romans, then their own interpretation and understanding of that culture can be flawed, if not out-right propaganda.
