I walked to the sink in front of everyone cleaning off the blood from my hands and face, and using up several tissues to remove the blood from my nose. Nobody noticed since everyone was talking with each other. Some girl who didn't cough and looks completely normal said she had a fever and got to go home earlier. She still came the next day.
