Just try to replace one meal a day with something healthy like a salad or veggie stir fry. Then buy some dumbbells or kettlebells, use them everyday, and gradually increase the weight when you can handle the next bigger weight.
I keep my weights in my room, so it's almost impossible to ignore them and relapse.
