I like to humour the idea that if i get into a never ending coma, perhaps through some form of cryoperservation or something along those lines, my consciousness will be caught in a perpetual dream of sorts. a never ending state of lucid dreaming.
If it's a pleasant dream, where everything goes the way i would like it to, it would be the literal equivalent of attaining heaven.
I know it's stupid. but my interpertation of heaven has always been that it's something dreamlike, where everything you wished for came to be. So finding a way to dream forever always felt like the proper step towards reaching it.
