why the fuck would you attempt to do all this (which either won't work or will leave you with a vulnerable system and most of windows' telemetry active anyway) instead of just installing linux
if you care about privacy as much as you appear to, you wouldn't be using windows. you can't actually remove the telemetry. it's built into normal, non telemetry based services that break certain functionalities if they get removed. it's like malware
