I cut pork into cubes and render the fat out of it, to use the fat for cooking. The leavings (rinds) make amazing snacks. That and smoked meat. Sometimes we pop corn.

Herr's has the best chips, but they should use less seasoning. They are also very expensive in Poland since you can only find them in shops that sell foreign candy. However, I know where to buy snacks that are close to expiring for about 70-90% off (candy doesn't go bad).

This was actually pico with avocado. I've since refined it over the years to have somewhat less juice. You do really want the natural juices from the tomato though, it gives it a nice sweetness. No cumin for the love of God, not if you want to keep the fresh taste. You never need as much cilantro as you think either. But yeah not bad, it was Carolina reaper, garlic, red onion, etc.
