You're not being targeted or whatever, 4chan has been heavily moderated since the late 2000s. Moderation of /b/ went directly to the FBI in the 2010s.
People use to get 3 day bans just for replying to an off-topic post.
I don't even bother making threads anymore because it's likely to just be pruned.
As for reddit, it'd be weird if you haven't been banned from from one subreddit or another. There have been at least two mass exoduses from reddit and most of the organic posters haven't been there in a decade. A large portion of the site have been bots reposting old threads and bot comments for a while now.
Some time in the late 2000s to early 2010s law enforcement started policing the internet more heavily due to the threat of domestic terrorists like the Boston bombers, stormfront, etc and it just got worse and worse from there.
Anyways, /pol/ is pretty much reserved for political trolling and even among those many threads get banned.
For threads with subject matters like yours, /b/ is pretty much the only board where it will be allowed but law enforcement is still very very touchy about incitement.
And hardly anyone visits /bant/. This has been an issue for a while, the open forums of the internet are few now and heavily policed, while every other place is essentially dead. Tiktok is unironically where most people congregate nowadays but it's video content creation-oriented there's no real way to gain visibility unless you go viral.
We're all feeling the void from the lack of social interaction, that's why people still terminally lurk 4chan.
