>>23462140Dosent sound too bad but try to keep ur alcohol intake as low as you can possibly stand and leave a couple days sober between drinking to let ur shit get back up and running again. watch out for mercury ect if ur eating a shit load of tuna maybe switch it for another protein but overall sounds ok, obviously zero alc would be optimal but shit in life is rarely at peak efficiency.
Also don't be scared of carbs you need glycogen for building muscle plus the insulin release will increase growth factors, obviously don't binge on carbs but they are ur freind for gaining muscle quickly.
