Nobody celebrates Halloween where I live. Oh sure, we may get a single tiny section that has some pretty miserable decorations and a couple of things of candy at the store but that's about it.
Those have already been replaced with Christmas things about a week or so ago. There are no houses decorated around here, no trick or treaters, nothing.
