If a man and a women get drunk and you have sex, and she regrets it later you raped her. Also if your a man in power and you have sex with someone less powerful then you that is also rape because how could a poor fragile women ever be expected to say no to you and your authority over her

By that logic isn’t make up rape? If i had sex with girl on the right wasn’t i consenting to sex with THAT GIRL. Only to find out that she actually looks like girl on the left. She tricked me and if I regret it latter instead of taking responsibility for it can i accuse her of rape?
