Just change the in battle sprites to HQ art that has battle damage (ripped clothes, no bruises) that gets more lewd (nipples at least) as the health decreases. Also some cute status ailment poses and stuff. Sexy asleep pose, paralyses on the verge of wardrobe malfunction, poison has them looking a little woozy (nothing too cruel), etc.
