>>1965982No, I mean the sundress, the yellow dress. I thought it was fugly just because if I were a girl, I wouldn't buy it. The color seems exaggerated, and I've never been a fan of one-piece dresses (I prefer a blouse and skirt).
>>1965983Explained above. I didn't find the shorts too bad. Most girls nowadays wear the denim shorts, and they weren't as short as I've seen some friends of mine wear them.
>>1965986Yep, I never understood the cooking in a bra (a fugly one as well; the animators gave Asuka some ugly clothing sometimes IMO), especially if she's concerned Shinji would see her. It makes no sen- Oh! right, never mind; it was the tasteless fanservice for the narutards!
>>1965999Again, there was no point to the TEST plugsuit. I have no problem with "fanservice", as long as it's done right and realisticially. But in this case, it was not.
>Technically she's older in 3.0This is what confirmed for me that rebuild is a crap idea and what made me decide to dislike it. If you're going to age the characters, that's fine, do it. Age them, draw them as older, and write the story. But don't try to pull the bullshit Deux ex machina that "Oh! now they're older BUT they still have those nice looking "14" year old bodies!! LOL" It's the crappiest attempt at fanservice possible.
In an unrelated note, I've always considered the characters around 17 or 18 in my head.
