One involves a group of women doing a protest by attending their classes in the nude, with the protagonist being mortified by the embarrassment but also forcing herself to go along with it because she wants to support the cause with her friends.
Another is a girl who's too modest to do a school's 'Naked Mile' tradition, so she starts training herself with small exhibitionist tasks around campus - eventually recruiting some of the other girls who are also feeling shy about it.
And then there's a supernatural one where a girl realizes her ENF scenarios are doomed to happen to somebody if they don't happen to her, so she walks around naked to protect her friends from embarrassment.
Basically, I think the best long-term ENF scenarios are the ones where the girl could theoretically walk away at any time, but her nudity is the second worst thing that could happen so she sticks to it.
