I do think having a dude see her elevates the ENF situation though because it makes it significantly more embarrassing.
The dude's reactions are usually pretty shit though, much better if their reaction is just there to enhance her experiencing the ENF situation, like by laughing at her or being shocked or taking a photo, or pointing out her nudity which incidentally further embarrasses her.
