>>1858885Last I checked people have both eyelashes and lips that most of the time have a darker coloration from the skin of the face, so that doesn't automatically mean makeup; I go for a much brighter red if I'm trying to do actual lipstick and I prefer to add lashes to the kisekae default eyes. I've gotten so used to using facemarks to represent lips that the lack of them makes the faces look odd and unfinished to me.
You can have drawn-in eyelashes that don't mean that character is wearing mascara. For an example of a little girl with drawn lashes, have a Nanako.
